I am glad you were able to take the first step in seeking therapy. It isn’t always easy! My goal as your therapist is to help you. I create a safe, stress-free space where you can free your thoughts and worries with absolutely no judgement. Together, we can work towards goals as a team, incorporate mindfulness and self care techniques, and shift your negative thoughts to positive ones.
We will start where you are. You can tell me as much or as little as you would like. I want you to feel comfortable. This is your healing journey, and I am here to guide you.
