My Approach to Helping
These unprecedented times have left many feeling anxious, depressed, frustrated, and discouraged. Current social environments often contribute to stress, creating an even more daunting outlook. We may simply not feel like ourselves. In this practice, we use an eclectic theoretical orientation, with a person-centered approach. This practice offers teletherapy (virtual sessions online) so that clients can take part in whatever treatment suits them, from the comfort, safety, and privacy of their own homes.
It has privileged me to work with a diverse number of individuals, couples, and families within various treatment settings. Such settings include acute inpatient, chemical dependencydual diagnosis, residential (RTC), partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and private practice.
