My Approach to Helping
We all have periods of depression, anxiety, anger and conflict in our lives. These are normal aspects of life. It's when we return to these emotions over and over, without enough periods of feeling contentment, gratitude and love, that we need to strategize new ways of behaving. I provide a safe and supportive environment to question old patterns that keep you from moving forward with your goals. I am genuine and attuned to my clients, listening and guiding without judgement. Your own stories about yourself and your relationships can prevent you from seeing opportunities to grow. Together we'll explore new ways of thinking and behaving that lead to continued growth and positive changes in your feelings and in your relationships.
