My Approach to Helping

I've had a great deal of experience treating and healing the effects of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, identity issues, trauma, grief, and I feel confident that our work together will help improve what you are struggling with. I have a passion for helping people develop new ways of seeing situations and patterns that make it difficult to live a fulfilling life. My approach at the start of therapy is to gain a full understanding of what you're going through and finding practical solutions. After these key issues are managed with better ways of coping, we can focus on the deeper causes that are affecting how you feel.
