My Approach to Helping
The path one takes to the relief from suffering, is a courageous one. Emotional suffering from pain, fear, or a sense of hopelessness is very common and often times leads to a feeling of isolation, can affect relationships or prevents from living life to the fullest. I believe people do the best that they can with what life serves them, coping with new challenges using strategies that worked for them before, but might not work any more. I believe that through compassionate reflection one can look at experiences, relationships and patterns and get some clarity as to where these strategies originated from in order to develop ones that might serve their current life better. that path of self growth is about reclaiming more of who you are the gifts that you bring. better connecting to who you are transforms the ways you connect to the world in profound ways. Developing a good relationship with yourself is key to connecting or reconnecting with others.
