My Approach to Helping
Are there things about yourself you don't understand or maybe even don't like? Do you ever wonder why certain situations or certain people bring up feelings of anger or sadness or frustration? Do you ever become disappointed with yourself and wish you could change, but you don't exactly know how? I believe human beings have a great capacity for change and I believe it starts with being curious about your feelings what motivates you. It is through understanding who you are that you can begin to live a more authentic life. My therapeutic approach is to provide a space where you can explore all the questions and feelings you have about yourself and your life. Once you have a better understanding of what's going on inside, you can begin the work of changing things on the outside.
