My Approach to Helping
During these unprecedented times, it can be much easier to feel isolated, unproductive, depressed, or anxious. While these are things we want to fix as soon as we can, reaching out to talk with someone can feel like trying to lift a car over your head when the world already feels so overwhelming. If you’re reading this, then you’ve already taken the first step toward reaching out for help – be proud of yourself!
Frank Binder’s aim is to help you work through the symptoms and experiences that are preventing you from living up to the potential that you see within yourself. He believes that the most important part of a successful counseling relationship is just that – the relationship. All of the techniques in the world mean nothing if we don’t first connect on a deeply human level. Frank’s work is centered on clients feeling comfortable enough in therapy to collaboratively create the space for vulnerability.
