My Approach to Helping
Francisco graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Masters in Science degree in Counseling and has been practicing psychotherapy since 2013. Francisco is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a diplomate member of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. Francisco works to develop a collaborative relationship with his clients and relies on person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based strategies to work with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationships, and adjustment to life changes. Francisco is a good Spanish speaker and has worked with clients in both English and Spanish.
Francisco is a licensed therapist in family and pareja therapy (LMFT) and is a member of the Academia de Terapia Cognitiva. Francisco graduated from the University of California, Fullerton (CSUF) with a master's degree in counseling and has been working as a family and couple therapist since 2013. Francisco works hard to develop a collaborative relationship with his clients, and he frequently employs cognitive, behavioral, and experiential strategies to work with issues such as anxiety, phobias, trauma, depression, and life adjustments.
