My Approach to Helping
I believe that each one of us has the right to pursue happiness and feel content.

I help people going through similar challenges. In therapy with me, you can explore the issues that blocks you taking the steps for a better future. I will listen to you without judgment so you can feel safe, heard, understood and respected. In this safe place, you will discover your strength, develop skills and be able to face your difficult experiences and find ways to move toward a better life.
