My Approach to Helping
As a clinician of faith, I have seen how difficult experiences and powerful emotions, challenge our ability to cope in an unpredictable world. Therapy gives you an opportunity to slow things down and explore how you would like to see your life change. You will begin to learn more about yourself, other people in your life, and recognize why you see the world as you do. You will discover how your beliefs and thoughts have shaped your decisions and behavior. This process will help you evaluate these patterns and increase your self-awareness. With help, you will awaken to your power to make different choices and reshape your future.
Having worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice, I have experience helping survivors of physical and/or emotional abuse, combat and sexual trauma victims; teaching coping skills to reduce anxiety and depression, improve relationships, resolve conflict, recognize codependency, SUDs, healthy boundaries, process grief, and spiritual growth.
I have always viewed my work as my calling, allowing me to inspire hope in the lives of others. Let me partner with you to build your best life and to find the freedom you desire.
