My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping is easily summed up in holding. We work together to find "where feeling good is." I truly believe having someone believe in your strengths and hold that you already have the capacity to be whole is the best way I can help therapeutically. I use many modalities and will shift between them as we see need together. I start with relational talk therapy and guide you with tools to take home to use in the moment.
More Info About My Practice
Some of the modalities we could use are breathing, meditation, and movement to uncover patterns, build self-awareness and decide what things serve you to build a sense of well-being. Also to be the relational attachment you can have as you go through the ever-changing tides that come with different forms of grief and life change.
