In these challenging times, I would like to welcome you to a space of hope and support. My aim is to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space where we will work together on achieving your desired goals while promoting your growth and self-determination. I provide counseling to college students and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, and multicultural immigration aspects.
With an understanding that each individual is unique, my approach to therapy is collaborative, evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally aware. I draw from interventions rooted in narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), incorporating grounding techniques, and mindfulness skills.
