My Approach to Helping
I help people feel better about their lives and relationships. Stressors at home, work, and in our relationships can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed. I provide a place you can come to, free of judgment or criticism, to work through any of the obstacles you may be facing. It is of great importance to me that you feel comfortable and can speak freely about anything you want. We will work together in therapy to help you tackle the issues you are up against. I have great passion for my work and it would be my utmost pleasure to work with you.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?
Some people have had a negative experience in therapy and are hesitant to try it again. Finding the therapist that is right for you is extraordinarily important. I have often compared it to going to a barber or hair dresser and getting a bad haircut. You will have to try others to see who cuts your hair the best, knows your style, and has you walking out feeling great. In therapy, your therapist has to be a good match in order for you to undergo the process of healing and feeling good. Not everyone is the right match for you, but I strongly encourage you to give it another try until you find the right fit for yourself. It will be well worth your time.
