My Approach to Helping
Welcome, my name is Faradebah! I enjoy working with individuals of all backgrounds to help cope with difficult life experiences in a compassionate, safe, and holistic way through evidence-based techniques. Life can be especially difficult when facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women’s issues and chronic or serious illness.
Join me as we work together to build tools to manage issues you are dealing with so you gain a better understanding and self-awareness to lead a more positive, fulfilling life. I use a strength-based and solution-focused approach with CBT to guide our sessions.
