My Approach to Helping
I believe the connection between client and therapist is the most important factor when deciding on beginning therapy. My style of therapy can be described as casual, warm, and collaborative. I specialize in working with teens, but also love working with individuals and couples. I pull from a number of therapy modalities depending on the clients needs. The modalities I have found most effective in my practice have been EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, and Gottman Method for Couples.
