I use a caring, supportive, interactive, non-judgmental approach to help you overcome obstacles, transcend circumstances, facilitate growth and emotional healing, resolve issues, regain control of your life, and provide you with tools to bring about positive change, to help you take responsibility for your happiness, eliminate the stories that no longer serve you, and truly believe in the abundant possibilities surrounding you, while catapulting you into creating the happy, fulfilling and productive life you want for yourself. I can relate to my clients, which helps me to be the most compassionate, understanding, and open-minded therapist.
