More Info About My Practice

I take cash, credit and debit cards. I may be covered in full or part by your health insurance. I will be happy to verify your benefits for you when you make your appointment; however, it is the your responsibility to confirm in-network or out-of-network status of provider as well as coverage of any costs not covered by insurance. It may be beneficial to learn about the benefits of paying privately.

I currently offer therapy to couples, veterans, individuals, families, groups and children ages 5 and up. I enjoy helping master new skills and techniques that will help you to lead better lives.

I offer distance therapy for those that are unable or unwilling to leave home or work for any variety of reasons. Many of those that utilize my services find that this offers flexibility to have sessions between meetings, when you have small children or even if your only available time is in the evening. Come in your pjs if you need to and find the flexibility to progress through your therapeutic sessions and see results within your comfort zone.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

It can be difficult to tell a stranger the deepest details of your life, love or relationship struggles.
Give it a try for 2 to 3 sessions to see if we are the right fit for each other. If working with me is not right for you, I am happy to refer you to another provider. One hour with me might be the start of necessary change and direction towards the stepping stones on your path to healing.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

To be successful in therapy, there must be a strong connection and relationship between us. You must feel validated and understood by me and know that you can be relaxed as you progress through your sessions with me. Only then can we start to see true change and healing.

I'm available in the evenings and on the weekends and the frequency of visits is solely up to the you and your needs.
