My Approach to Helping
Taking the first steps towards change is tough and I want to be the support you need. I use a primarily cognitive-behavioral approach to help you gain insights into life’s tangles and help you to set targeted goals to efficiently work towards the life you want. While my primary experience is with adolescents and young adults, I am generally trained and can navigate most issues that individuals bring to the table. I genuinely love people and understand that many people are not at their best when we first meet…but let’s work on that together! Whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, abuse, ADHD, developmental issues, or just need a friendly ear, I can help. Let’s get started!
