My Approach to Helping
Eunice studied at the University of Texas Health Science, earning her undergraduate degree. She then obtained her graduate degree in nursing from South University, Savanna, Georgia. Post master's certification from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Edinburgh, Texas. Eunice will listen and provide excellent and compassionate care to you with the understanding that every patient is unique. She provides individualized, evidence-based mental health care, making sure that your personal goals are met. She also educates and empowers individuals to be actively involved in their care. My ideal client is someone struggling with anxiety, depression, or mood conditions, seeking compassionate, holistic care to regain balance in their life. They may feel overwhelmed by stress, sleep issues, or emotional instability and want to better manage these challenges. Their goal is to develop healthier coping mechanisms, improve emotional well-being, and achieve personal growth. They seek a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings, aiming for long-term mental health and fulfillment.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and mood conditions using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. I offer personalized care, including medication management when needed, in a supportive space. My focus is on helping clients develop effective coping strategies for lasting mental well-being.
