My Approach to Helping
Throughout my 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I have found that everybody struggles with difficult challenges at some point in their lives. Unfortunately, life did not come with an instructional manual to guide us through these various struggles. Psychotherapy is a journey that can help support you, provide you with insight and clarity, and assist you in making positive steps towards your preferred future.
Equipped with extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, I bring these tools to each session with my clients. Like different lenses, therapeutic perspectives can help you see paths forward that have never occurred to you before, paving a new path toward healing and promoting positive change.
