My Approach to Helping
I can help you (and your partner) determine how you want to show up in your life and relationships. I am trained to treat both individuals & couples (monogamous/non-monogamous) who want help with sexual dysfunction, low desire, lackluster sex, improved communication, and repairing trust. Additionally, I am trained to treat prenatal/postpartum anxiety and depression, as well as problematic eating behaviors/eating disorders and negativity towards body. I also love to work with people who want to create meaning and peace in life transition and loss.
I am rooted in systems theory, viewing people as interrelated and interdependent who belong to a larger system in order to get their needs met. I provide education, safety, and sensitivity so that we can explore your values, obstacles, sexuality, family dynamics, trauma, and commitment to making meaningful changes in your life and in relationships.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a sex-positive approach to both individual and relationship therapy. Mindfulness, compassion, skill building, and reflection are at the core of our therapy. You don\'t have to struggle. Your relationship doesn\'t have to continue to suffer. Please contact me for a consultation or schedule online through my website.
