My Approach to Helping

I believe that human beings essentially have two needs in life: to be heard and understood. I help clients learn to step into their power and provide tools to help you form meaningful relationships and build connections with others. We all look at life through our own lens and I come from a place of curiosity, compassion and non-judgment.

I will help you identify the challenges in your life, find creative solutions, and work towards your future goals. Then, together we'll craft a plan of action to achieve your preferred life. Our work will result in strong tools to manage your feelings and beliefs, giving you a deep understanding of who you really are and what you really want.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and have worked in many therapeutic settings including schools, outpatient, substance abuse treatment and residential treatment. In particular, I specialize in working with teens and young adults as well as families. I am also trained in different trauma modalities including brainspotting.

Asking for help can be hard and it takes a lot of bravery and guts to take that first step. Let me take that first step with you. You don't have to go through this alone
