My Approach to Helping
If you feel down, hopeless or lost, I'd like to walk alongside you so that you can start to feel hopeful and purposeful again. I enjoy working with clients who want to feel healthy, content, and connected. In my experience with over 15 years of counseling, I have found that looking at each area of a person's life is important to examine to determine where change needs to occur. I enjoy using a creative, eclectic approach to meet you where you are and to provide caring, useful information, choices, and feedback. With a background in fitness, physical rehabilitation, and health, I enjoy using a whole-person approach to therapy.
