I combine eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) with somatic therapies like therapeutic yoga, Reiki, and sound bath to create deep, lasting transformation. In our work together, you’ll not only uncover the root of what’s driving your anxiety, stress, or trauma, but you’ll also release it at a body level.
