Simply arriving at this page signals you are on the right path to change in your life. By the time you've found yourself here you may feel disconnected, frustrated, or lonely. You may struggle just getting through the day with all of life's demands, or feel you've invested too much into the idea of perfection. All in which can leave you feeling like giving up. You want to know if you'll ever feel the way you did about your partner before trust was broken and life got in the way. You worry as your teen struggles through the teenage years - a time where they're experiencing many new emotions very strongly for the first time. The goal is to welcome all emotions and human experience and not only be OK, but thrive because of it. I help couples and teens navigate these periods of disconnection and make room for discovering who you are separate from what society or others expect you to be. I can help you discover passion and meaning again with your partner. As a younger therapist, my age has been a gift as teens see me as someone who can relate to their age and someone who just gets it when no one else seems to.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Successful women face a unique set of challenges. Females of all ages come to therapy for a variety of reasons. You may find yourself seeking out therapy if: you've invested too much into the idea of perfection, self-doubt and negative self talk creeps up through out your day, you wake up already dreading the day ahead, you feel even after a big win you're still struggling to be happy and feel fulfilled. I help women feel empowered and find their voice and sense of self separate from what society expects from them.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

I know how difficult it is to have to ask for help and finding a therapist may feel like just one more thing to fit in your busy schedule. It can be difficult to slow down and give yourself permission to be seen and see yourself, and it is so important that we do so because therapy is truly one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. You are so deserving of a life you love and I can help.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Relationships are what we are meant to do. Despite this, periods of disconnection can occur in even the strongest relationships. You may have already tried to work on your relationship without help and likely have found that its hard to change deeply held or destructive patterns alone. The presence of problems or arguments in your relationship does not mean that it is near ending. Like anything else worth having, satisfying relationships require intention, cultivation and support. Many times the presence of conflict means that new growth is trying to surface. Studies show that couples who learn to maintain closeness and connection even when experiencing conflict have healthier, stronger marriages. Conflict can show up in even the strongest relationships and knowing how to resolve it can help you feel closer and more secure. When our relationships feel satisfying and fulfilling so does our life.
