My Approach to Helping
My purpose is to provide a place for individuals to show up exactly as they are, feeling welcome to share and process their experiences. I view therapy as a joint effort directed toward self-reflection, conflict resolution, creating positive outcomes, and fostering personal well-being. Difficult moments in life can feel stressful, painful, overwhelming, and even traumatic. It is my experience that no two people perceive or respond to these moments in quite the same way. As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing a dynamic relationship which a person can use to develop a fulfilling sense of self, others, and the world around them.
I currently provide online therapy to individuals residing anywhere in North Carolina. I acknowledge that no single approach is effective for every person.
