My Approach to Helping
Do you ever feel like you are wearing a mask? After another long day of pretending, you break down, realizing how lonely you are & feel like nobody even cares. You have friends but you feel like you have no one to talk to about what is going on in your head. You feel stuck. You feel isolated. You want to feel safe, seen & heard.
I provide an environment that feels supportive, nonjudgmental, comfortable, & collaborative. Together we will explore your experiences, behaviors, & beliefs. With the benefit of fresh insight, you will be able to identify patterns that are holding you back from health & happiness, while gaining the strength & strategies to overcome them.
I primarily work with teens & young adults, & tailor my approach to the client’s individual needs instead of blanket approaches. I commonly treat issues related to anxiety, self-esteem, family dynamics, boundaries, communication & relationships. I also welcome clients aiming for self-exploration & growth, or utilizing therapy as self-care. Let's get started!
