My Approach to Helping
Everyone faces challenges and adversity throughout their lifetime. From family stress, relationship issues, work demands, to simply making day-to-day decisions, we all need a little help at times. I am here to help you find ways to adapt to these challenges by focusing on your strengths and resiliency, and using those attributes to aid in establishing healthy habits. I provide services that are free of judgment, compassionate, and nurturing. I know reaching out can be tough but speaking with a therapist doesn't mean there's something wrong with you, it means you're human!
I have 10+ years of experience helping others deal with relationship issues, substance abuse, depression and anxiety, and mood instability. I use Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused approaches but I am willing to customize the counseling process to meet your needs.
