Accepting New Clients! Evening and Saturday openings. Do you feel stuck? Do you feel like no matter what you do you can’t find a purpose? Do you have difficulty connecting with others? Is your feeling of emptiness overwhelming at times? Filling it with work, hobbies, alcohol, or even drugs is a temporary solution. Therapy can help you become unstuck, find your purpose, and minimize your feelings of emptiness. Developing a plan to understand the emotions and feelings of emptiness can help rewire the thoughts and feelings that are keeping you from feeling whole again.Therapy can help you become your best possible you.
One single approach is not the answer for every individual. Being trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Existential Therapy, DBT, and Somatic Therapy allows me to offer various approaches to fit the needs of different individuals. I am a lifelong learner and many of my therapy techniques come from BodyMind.
