My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling sad but you are too embarrassed or ashamed to tell anyone about it? Do you force a smile on your face but inside you are feeling despair or depression? Does it feel like people that just don’t “get it” surround you? Is your relationship on the rocks and plagued with conflict? I help women and couples learn how to cope with pain and discomfort, and move towards healing and connection. Together we will work together to discover the root of your feelings. There is a reason that your sadness exists and I want to walk with you as you discover how to understand the pain. I’ll help you shed a light on your discontent so that you don't have to feel exhausted by despair. It’s going to be okay. We will walk through this together.

My Role as a Therapist
Resilience doesn't come from sunshine and rainbows. It comes from embracing beautiful moments and hard ones. It comes from grieving deeply and accepting grief as integration in our life story.
Instead of being pulled under with depression, anxiety and grief therapy creates an environment where you can feel brave enough to process the good & the hard. I will walk alongside you as you laugh, cry, process and integrate. I will be gentle and direct. I offer a safe space that is full of rich feedback without judgement. It would be my honor to walk with you.
