My Approach to Helping

I'm part of a team that specializes in providing holistic therapy (and teletherapy) for women, teens and LGBTQ+ identifying folks (in their 20's and 30's) rooted in Creative, Mindful, and Evidence-Based modalities. I have 10+ years of experience working with clients who are facing burnout, anxiety, depression, issues relating to trauma, or some combination of these.

I can show you how to increase wellness and wholeness in your life while simultaneously making tangible steps towards meeting your goals. You deserve to live a life with increased self-compassion, authenticity, and joy, and our practice can help you on this path.

It’s my life’s work and mission to reintroduce you to your authentic self, your power, and your innate ability to heal. I believe in a whole-picture approach to psychotherapy rooted in uncovering the truest expression of who you are. I believe that, fundamentally, you are a creative being with the power to joyfully shape life on your own terms.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

It's an absolute honor and privilege to be a psychotherapist. I don't think of it as a "job" but more like a calling. I love seeing my clients have 'breakthrough" moments. I get so excited when my clients report feeling less anxious, less depressed, more resilient and more motivated to play an active role in shaping their life.

My role as a therapist is to guide you towards your authentic self while removing barriers that are in the way of your life goals. We are a team of homework-driven, actively engaged therapists who believe that the therapeutic work should be a collaborative and empowering process, in an outside of the therapy session. We believe in balancing acceptance and change in therapy and can help you reconnect with "you."
