What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
It's an absolute honor and privilege to be a psychotherapist. I don't think of it as a "job" but more like a calling. I love seeing my clients have 'breakthrough" moments. I get so excited when my clients report feeling less anxious, less depressed, more resilient and more motivated to play an active role in shaping their life.

My role as a therapist is to guide you towards your authentic self while removing barriers that are in the way of your life goals. We are a team of homework-driven, actively engaged therapists who believe that the therapeutic work should be a collaborative and empowering process, in an outside of the therapy session. We believe in balancing acceptance and change in therapy and can help you reconnect with "you."
