I believe in a holistic approach to health. My work empowers individuals to create happy and healthy inner and outer lives for optimal wellbeing.
My approach is grounded in scientifically-backed, evidence-based psychology methods. As a trained and certified mindfulness meditation teacher and mind-body therapies practitioner, my work also draws upon mindfulness, positive psychology, neuroscience, nutrition, integrative medicine, contemplative practices, and other forms of holistic health to help clients deal with challenges, heal from life's stressors, and most importantly, thrive in their lives.
