My Approach to Helping
I believe strongly in the resilience of the human spirit, and I am passionate about supporting clients in their journey toward healing and growth. As an emotionally focused therapist, I specialize in couples counseling. I also work frequently with clients who are struggling with relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and grief. I integrate a variety of modalities tailored to each client's unique needs. Seeking therapy takes courage, and is an act of hope. I am committed to building a safe space where you can explore your difficulties and find inspiration.
In therapy, we explore the feelings, thoughts, and habits that undermine you or cause you to feel stuck. We work to expand your awareness, enabling you to identify the patterns that once served you but that now harm your relationships. Together, we will help you develop more fulfilling relationships and lead a more meaningful life.
When we lose our way, we sometimes need guidance to heal, refocus, and claim our inner strength. Support often enables us to rediscover the resources we have that can help us thrive and grow. Wherever you are on your journey, I would love to walk alongside you.
