Fees: Welcome. My practice is rooted in my belief in the resilience of the human spirit, and inspired by my passion for supporting others in the process of healing and growth. I integrate a variety of treatment modalities tailored to the individual needs of my clients. In therapy, we will explore the thoughts, feelings, and themes that undermine you and keep you feeling stuck. We will access the unspoken, unexamined feelings that often lead to painful symptoms. We will expand awareness of the relationship patterns that might have once served you, but now erode trust and connection. Together, we will work toward deeper connection and more fulfilling relationships.

Therapy is an opportunity to express what remains unspoken, explore what worries you and causes you pain, and experiment with new ways of feeling and being. It can provide a bridge between your current reality and the life you wish to create. The choice to begin therapy is an act of courage and hope. I am committed to creating a safe space to explore the difficulties you are facing, as well as what inspires you.

When we lose our way, we often need support to heal, refocus and reclaim our inner strength. With guidance, we can rediscover the resources we carry within us to grow and thrive. Wherever you are on your path, I would be honored to be a part of your journey.

My Approach to Helping

I believe strongly in the resilience of the human spirit, and I am passionate about supporting clients in their journey toward healing and growth. As an emotionally focused therapist, I specialize in couples counseling. I also work frequently with clients who are struggling with relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and grief. I integrate a variety of modalities tailored to each client's unique needs. Seeking therapy takes courage, and is an act of hope. I am committed to building a safe space where you can explore your difficulties and find inspiration.

In therapy, we explore the feelings, thoughts, and habits that undermine you or cause you to feel stuck. We work to expand your awareness, enabling you to identify the patterns that once served you but that now harm your relationships. Together, we will help you develop more fulfilling relationships and lead a more meaningful life.

When we lose our way, we sometimes need guidance to heal, refocus, and claim our inner strength. Support often enables us to rediscover the resources we have that can help us thrive and grow. Wherever you are on your journey, I would love to walk alongside you.
