I am a practitioner of holistic therapy who believes each person has the inherent ability to heal his or her body, mind, and spirit. I provide mental health services to individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, a lack of confidence, major life transitions, and relationship issues.

If you want to increase self awareness, identify the behavioral and thought patterns which make you feel stuck, and learn specific skills to resolve your concerns, contact me. I work with both teenagers and adults in both English and Spanish.

My counseling style is trauma focused, cognitive behavioral, and strengths-based. I incorporate other therapeutic modalities such as Reiki, Family Constellations, Flower Essence therapy, meditation and mindfulness techniques. By integrating these skills and tools, we are better able to address more specific needs in treatment and uncover blocks or repressed emotions which may adversely affect quality of life.
