I do not use a one size fits all approach; each person and situation is unique. When applicable, spiritual practice is a powerful force in healing and promoting personal growth. I believe mindfulness techniques and yoga are highly beneficial with nurturing emotional regulation and emotional intelligence.

I adhere to an Adlerian, holistic approach. We must explore to some extent early life experiences and look at core beliefs and values and how our lifestyle aligns with our values and beliefs.
How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
I became a therapist because: I felt called to work in mental health from an early age. Personal life experiences reinforced my calling to help, and be a voice for others.
