My Approach to Helping
Some past experiences breed thoughts and feelings that can act as dark clouds that loom in the background of every new experience; coloring the way we see the world around us. As a result we may experience depression, stress, anxiety and other emotions that filter into different areas of our life, as well as affect our relationships with others. If what I have described resonates with you it may be time explore a new way of connecting with the world around you and begin to imagine a new way of living. Therapy is one of the few spaces in which insightful, thought-provoking connections can thrive; allowing room for new understanding, fostering growth and healing past wounds. Therapy can be the first step to a new start! The foundation of my practice is built on fostering meaningful connections in a safe environment using empathy, compassion and curiosity. I will provide a nonjudgmental environment in which we will work together to strengthen relationships, embrace your whole self, increase self-awareness and find deeper understanding of patterns in your life.
