My Approach to Helping
By looking for a therapist and asking for help, you're overcoming the scary first step in working towards inner healing, greater self understanding, and finding meaning in life. You don't have to do this alone. Let's work together to help you be the best version of yourself and work towards your goals. I have worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, simple and complex trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, relationships, school and social problems, stress management, behavioral problems, and low self esteem.
Keeping in mind that one size does not fit all, I use an integrative approach and hope to meet each person where they are. My methods are often trauma focused, person-centered, humanistic while remaining strengths-based, collaborative, and holistic.
My goal is to help you find what works for you while providing a safe space for you to share your story. We all need someone to listen without judgement. Whether you choose to allow me to join you on your journey or not, I wish you well on your endeavors to pursue change, growth, and healing!
