At its best, therapy should be a partnership. I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment focused on your needs and goals.
I believe anyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives and have worked with clients from a large range of life stages, from teenagers looking to find their path to elders seeking meaning and fulfillment in retirement. My primary focus has been on treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, OCD, and substance abuse, typically utilizing either CBT or DBT based interventions, but I have worked with clients with a wide range of needs and am always seeking training in evidence-based practices that can help the people I work with.
