My Approach to Helping
Navigating life's ups and downs is difficult for everyone and, often, it is nice to have an unbiased ear to talk to or get objective advice from. I especially enjoy helping people who are struggling with anxiety and depression because they are common ailments that respond well to therapy. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with extensive experience in service to teens and adults. I also integrate Attachment Theory and incorporate Family Systems Theory in work with individuals, couples and families. Helping people heal from their past to create the life they want is exciting work. We can transform our stumbling blocks into stepping stones, one day at a time!
