My Approach to Helping
I support individuals, couples and families towards working towards healthier relationships. Sometimes simple tools can help people who are deep in conflict. Other times it takes more effort and understanding to change old patterns of behaviors and ways of getting needs met. Once the pattern of your relationships is revealed and change is desired, it can take time to practice new ways of relating into habit. Understanding ourselves and our loved ones and where their behavior is coming from can be a helpful start in having better relationships.
