My Approach to Helping
Has your world shifted away from where you once felt assured and happy? I help adults suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, experiencing relationship difficulties. Specifically, I treat individuals struggling with effects of trauma and chronic pain, who feel crushed and helpless.
My therapy approach is holistic and integrative. Having a strong medical background, I deeply understand how psychological stress affects both mind and body. Our unprocessed and locked up negative emotions associated with the past traumas can frequently lead to prolonged body pain and physical problems. Being stuck and overwhelmed by painful feelings, we need help to regain our inner balance. I practice Cognitive-Behavior, Gestalt, and Psychodynamic psychotherapy combined with Mindfulness stress reduction and Eastern techniques for healing and integration. Getting relief from emotional and physical pain, you will be able to build meaningful connections with yourself and others, feel more secure and self-accepted.
