My Approach to Helping
Has your world shifted away from where you once felt assured and happy? I help adults suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, experiencing relationship difficulties. Specifically, I treat individuals struggling with effects of trauma and chronic pain, who feel crushed and helpless. I know well how difficult the first step of asking for help can be. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment to explore any challenges you may be facing. I look forward to helping you make changes.
I am a holistic therapist. Having a strong medical background and extensive psychotherapy training, I deeply understand how psychological stress affects both mind and body. There are many ways how our brain and body create, increase and prolong pain by locking up the unprocessed negative emotions related to the past traumas. When we feel stuck and overwhelmed by painful feelings, we need help to regain our balance. I offer integrative psychotherapy combined with Mindfulness and Eastern techniques for stress reduction that leads to healing and integration. Getting relief from emotional and physical pain, you will be able to build meaningful connections with yourself and others, feel more secure and self-accepted.
