My Approach to Helping
I know exactly what you're feeling: pounding chest, shortness of breath, lack of sleep. Our physical bodies react as well as our hearts and minds when life throws us curve balls that we don't know how to navigate on our own. Partnering with a therapist can reduce your stressors and increase coping skills to navigate life’s circumstances and regaining a sense of control. I am available even when you’re on the go through a confidential video and messaging platform.
My goal is to equip you with tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times to help you accomplish your main goals for therapy. I look forward to working with you to facilitate the change you want to see. We will start by looking at your strengths and considering your life as it is today. I have been providing treatment for anxiety, relationship issues, and depression since 2003. I have provided therapy in an all-girls school, a college counseling center, and private practice to people aged 12 to 75.
