My Approach to Helping
Life presents challenges for us all. Each human being deserves to thrive and live in their truth. Navigating the ups and downs can be overwhelming, stressful and confusing. Through the therapeutic process, it is my hope that you will discover yourself, become empowered and feel happier in your day to day life. I help people work through their behaviors, emotions, and thoughts to address stress, trauma, and various emotional difficulties. I feel that therapy is a collaborative process in which I am always learning from my clients so that we can best address their needs. I offer compassionate care and a genuine love for the therapeutic process. It is of the utmost importance to me that therapy be a helpful and healing process for my clients.
