My Approach to Helping
The essence of my practice is that each person is unique and has their own personal way of dealing with the difficulties life often brings on. I offer an individualized therapeutic approach that will help each individual gain the necessary coping skills to face these difficulties. My practice will help you explore and discover ways to help you achieve a higher quality of life. My individualized integrative approach utilizes techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention, acceptance commitment therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. I work with individual adolescents, adults, and couples. Some of my focus areas include OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship related issues.
