Are you seeking relief from emotional stress, anxiety, feelings of loss, doubt or uncertainty, relationship issues, or perhaps something just feels off in your life? There is a way back to wholeness. I understand that when you're in pain, the most powerful thing is having that support person. That person who makes you feel held, and that you're not alone in the pain. Healing and shifts can happen when we step into a space where we can fully be ourselves, unapologetically express our true thoughts and feelings, be seen, heard, and understood. I've witnessed clients learn to speak their truth and express parts of themselves that were hiding by working through what stands in the way and gently giving permission.

More Info About My Practice

I work to help you find serenity in a safe, supportive, and compassionate space that we create together.

By approaching therapy from an integrated perspective, I incorporate the body, mind, and heart into our explorations through mindfulness, somatic inquiry, guided visualizations, and expressive arts. My highest intention in our work together is to help guide you toward greater understanding and deeper connection to yourself. As one of the pioneers of psychotherapy, Carl Jung, once said, "Your vision will become clear only when you look into your own heart." Therapy provides us that opportunity to bravely look within to find the wisdom, clarity, and love we seek.

My style is warm, compassionate, and deeply empathetic. People often appreciate my gentle, yet direct communication style and soothing voice. I love teaching non-violent communication techniques for you to then take into your relationships resulting in more honest and authentic connections as well an increased confidence in asserting your needs.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Codependency, assertiveness, self-worth, grief and loss, recovering from trauma and abuse, life changes and transitions, non-violent communication skills, decision-making, anxiety, depression, betrayal and forgiveness, moving through hurt and pain, developing emotional intelligence, stress reduction, chronic pain, and relationship issues.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

The duration and frequency of therapy is unique to your individual needs. Typically, therapy is most effective when attending weekly. Twice weekly therapy may be offered depending on your needs. Every other week sessions may be offered after 6 months of weekly treatment and if determined appropriate for your needs.
