I draw from Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the practice of Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). In addition, I am able to help people identify their harmful and self-defeating patterns and replace them with healthier and more effective ways of coping.
