My Approach to Helping
Dr. De La Loza provides individual therapy and coaching in California. His specialty is empowering clients to benefit from the Seven Dimensions of Transformational Living (7-DTL) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He also teaches online classes to adult learners throughout the United States. Class sizes are designed to enhance maximum participation and self-cultivation, leading to improved awareness, motivation, and commitment to realize personal and professional potential. Participants:
1. Learn new insights derived from relevant reading and multi-media materials to enhance creativity and inspiration.
2. Practice exercises to deepen emotional sensitivity and maturity.

Dr. Edward L. De La Loza has been collaborating with clients to discover their unique purpose since 1997. He holds a Doctorate of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Behavioral Health. Dr. De La Loza is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. He earned a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. Dr. De La Loza is passionate about helping people discover new strengths. He enjoys educating clients on a holistic approach to designing “cognitive constructs” and learning how "microchange leads to substantive change" and new skills they can use on the path to transformative healthy habits of mind, resulting in new behaviors and improved quality of life.
