My Approach to Helping
I have Ph.D. degree in Psychology, and an M.S. degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My background is in the Bio-Psychology of mood disorders and substance use disorders. I use this background to inform the therapeutic process individually for each client.
Family, couple and close social relationships are very important to our personal development and well-being. Therefore, I am excited to use a family therapy framework in persons undergoing stresses or transitions across the lifespan, in order provide a pathway to resilience and adaptation.
