My Approach to Helping

I am currently accepting clients. My passion is working with adolescents and young adults who have been affected by trauma and eating disorders. So often trauma and eating disorders are left silent and hidden, I want to be able to help you find your voice and identity away from the shadows. I believe that we have it within us to heal and it is my commitment to nurture that aspect of yourself in order to reach your goals.
I have extensive training in different trauma modalities and eating disorders. One of the ways I support client's through the healing process is using Eye Moment Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
