More Info About My Practice
Growing up in both, South Africa and Canada has given me a unique insight into, and passion for understanding, how we communicate and connect with each other. It has been a big motivator for me in co-founding Novus Relationship Counseling and Recovery Center.
We passionately believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy and fulfilling life. We believe we can make the world a better place by helping one person, one couple, and one family at a time. We want you to find peace and joy.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I have the experience, knowledge and skills to successfully help people struggling with sexual addiction, hypersexual disorder, or out of control sexual behaviors and similar problems.
My Role as a Therapist
Many clients hope that a therapist can "fix" them. My role as a therapist, however, is to help you have a happier and healthier life by providing you with new information and new skills to help you make better decisions for yourself that promotes healing and hope for a more joyful future! The decision to work towards healing, however, ultimately lays with you. You can start today by reaching out for help.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
The therapeutic process for an individual or couple can last from a few months to several years depending on the client and the matters at hand. Gaining perspective, learning new skills and practicing healthy behaviors takes time and effort. Sessions once or twice a week help clients get started and may eventually lessen to once or twice a month as progress is made.
